Introducing 16 Bis Gîte-Hôtel
Located in Marssac-sur-Tarn, the 16 Bis Gîte-Hôtel is an old building with an old bread oven and a dovecote.
We offer "gîte hotel" apartments that combine the comfort of a hotel with the space and independence of a gîte.
Whether you are passing through for one night or for an extended stay, you will find everything you need to feel at home with us.
Our apartments are located on the upper floor of an old house that has been completely renovated to offer high-performance sound and thermal insulation.
We have ensured that every detail has been considered for your comfort and safety, with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and a medicine cabinet available.
The Apartments
We offer two types of accommodation, each designed to meet your specific needs:
- Spacious and Comfortable Studio
Our studio of approximately 40 m2 is ideal for solo travelers or couples with or without children.
The sleeping area consists of a 160cm bed, a dressing room and a small desk with a window overlooking Albi Avenue.
The studio is equipped with a living area with a sofa bed, a dining area that can accommodate 4 people, a functional kitchenette and a bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet.
You will also appreciate the highly efficient Wi-Fi connection and the television with access to Netflix, all free of charge.
- 50 m2 Apartment with All Comforts
Our 50 m2 apartment consists of three rooms with 3 windows overlooking the garden and one overlooking the Avenue d'Albi: a very large 17 m2 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet for added convenience.
This apartment also features free Wi-Fi and a TV with free access to Netflix.

- Arrival / departure :
- Upon arrival, you will be greeted and escorted to your accommodation for key collection.
- For departure, choose your time (before 12pm) and leave the keys in the mailbox if we are not there to collect them.
