We had the privilege of participating free of charge in a full day of Citizen First Aid (PSC) training.
Alongside 7 other motivated participants, we learned, reviewed and practiced the essential actions that can one day save a life.
A top-quality training program in the heart of our community
This intense and civic-minded day was masterfully delivered by a professional female firefighter.
Thanks to his field expertise, his teaching skills and his kindness, cardiac massages, the use of the defibrillator, the recovery position (PLS) or even the management of choking and hemorrhaging hold no more secrets for us.
We left with our certificate in our pocket, as well as with the precious little book "Mémo Secours", an essential interactive guide to keep these reflexes always fresh in our minds.
